*** and his crew were amazing Just to give some background; they installed an egress window (they did a great job btw) for me but when it rained, water was filling up the well I had told them I didn't need a drainage system installed because I had underground drainage already in place Tony came over on his day off, checked it out, and then got his crew out there to install a pump for meHowever, while they were there, they noticed that the well kept filling up with water and took a look at the piping in the back yard After some experimentation, they found that one of my internal sump pumps wasn't connected to the main piping outside and was pumping water straight into the ground by the egress They went and repiped that pipe to connect it into the main drainage system and voila, no more water in the well Although outside their scope of work, they went above and beyond in taking care of me and solved the ultimate problem I can't praise them enough and *** was great to work with through the whole process
