finish the job. Knowing it was too late in the year due to weather he asked me to pour it and I did. The only agreement I made with him was last year, not this year, and that was in good faith that I would replace the front part if he provided the materials. I would not charge him for the labor. He doesn't want to provide the materials and I am not going to when he was informed from the beginning the risk. Once again he waits until is later in the year. I am still willing to replace the area of concrete if he provides the material. I never agreed to any steps or railings, I do not do railings.
Revdex.com spoke to Scott at business and the following was relayed: I have been out there 2 or 3 times. I did look at it and the pitting, it is due from the salt from their car. I went to the the concrete supplier and they determined it was the same. There is no warranty for cracking or pitting.
