This company replaced my mother's roof four years ago. The last two winters the roof has leaked and although we have asked them to fix it, they haven't. Now they no longer answer or return our calls.
We are in contact with the consumer regarding the problem and are keeping an eye on it.

The business has responded and checked the roof. They replaced a rusty screw, but are unsure if the problem is solved. We will have to go through the winter storms to know whether the roof will leak again. They have said they will monitor it during the year.
