I had every intent to remedy a couple minor problems once the weather broke. On feb 10th they were insisting on the lot be regarded while it was degrees outside or so. Nothing can be done with siding (window issue) or front porch or grading until warm weather. They cant seem to
grasp that. I will call today to see if we can remedy this

That doesn't surprise me at all coming from [redacted].  I called on Feb 18th, left a message saying to call me back or come to the jobsite up the road to discuss getting the minor issues resolved as the weather has been warmer than usual for this time of year (which typically it can be 4 months as the home was finished in November).  No response and they actually went inside from the back porch when I pulled up to the job, I am assuming to avoid me.   I will reach out again and record/film it showing that I am trying to resolve the issues but need them to do their part in cooperating. I am documenting all efforts to resolve this as well as the "customer's non compliance.
