We did the job for her and paid through [redacted] At the time, she made a comment to my employee saying “you watch, I’m going to get my floor for free.” She disputed all charges through them and I got a letter of [redacted] rewarding the money back to meI do epoxy flooring and all epoxy flooring vary from floor to floor to floor, she knew thatFirst she complained of the color, which she picked out and saw before installationWe told her there would be a matte finish and she agreed to that and I have that in writingAfter the fact, she stated she wanted a high gloss finishWe do not do those because they scratch very easily [redacted] told me this is not the first time she has tried this
