Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:After [redacted] received the complaint I registered with the Revdex.com, I received a call from him on Sunday, July 30, stating that he would return the money the next day, Monday, July 31, between 11:AM - 12:PM On Monday, July 31, Mr [redacted] called at 11:AM and stated that he would not be able to make it to my house before 12:and that he would return the money later that afternoon between 3:- 4:PM He never showed up at my house and I never received another call from him He has not returned the money I have tried to call him twice but there is no answer and his voice mail is not set up for his phone so I am unable to leave a message Sincerely, [redacted]

I apologize for the error, but the amount of my original contract was $ I don't know if I could even re-coup the $I was charged by this business' "partner" at the time he addressed a plumbing issue The "partner" stated that the blocked placed on my sewer was not done by the crew However, I did not have a plumbing issue until AFTER this work was done The owner of this company didn't personally place the block there, but it was his crew, who I believe, is responsible Therefore, this owner is responsible for the the damage of my sewer line The total amount I am seeking is $($for level and $for the sewer line)

My name is [redacted] with Advanced Contractors.Yes I do owe Mrs. [redacted]  $125.00 for services that  I never was able to perform. The reason why was because I could never find the correct size trimcoil to do her job. After a couple of days of me trying to call around to locate the...

correct trimcoil and not having any luck, Mrs [redacted] evidently got tired of waiting to get her job started ( which to me is very understandable and a legitament reason to change one's  mind. She contacted Advanced Contractors once regarding wanting her money back and spoke to an employee of mine, and another time and spoken to me. I never got rude with Mrs [redacted]. I pride myself and my business with good  business morals, excellent service and politeness toward customers.I have let Mrs. [redacted] know that I will personally  bring her money to her and I intend on doing that this Monday morning as soon as I can line my crew out on there job. I do understand it has taken me too long to get the $125.00 back to Mrs [redacted] and I will apologize in person when I show up in person there monday morning with her money that I owe her. My reason for the delay was simply that I have been very busy because from June-September is our busiest time of year. I am rejecting this response because:After [redacted] received the complaint I registered with the Revdex.com, I received a call from him on Sunday, July 30, stating that he would return the money the next day, Monday, July 31, between 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.  On Monday, July 31, Mr. [redacted] called at 11:15 AM and stated that he would not be able to make it to my house before 12:00 and that he would return the money later that afternoon between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.  He never showed up at my house and I never received another call from him.  He has not returned the money.   I have tried to call him twice but there is no answer and his voice mail is not set up for his phone so I am unable to leave a message.
