The owner of Advance Copier was hired to install a new belt on our Xerox and ended up damaging the new part as well as left the xerox in pieces. about 2 months ago the owner of Advance Copier came to install a new part on our Xerox Color copier. Not only did he not install the new part but he damaged it and left the office with the damaged part and never put the xerox back together. So, as of this date the machine is still in pieces and we have never heard back from anyone at Advance Copier. Desired SettlementWe are seeking Advance to replace the Transfer Belt and provide a qualified repair person that knows this model, or covers the cost of the belt Advance damaged and covers the cost of a Xerox approved repair firm.Business Response Have emailed [redacted] my phone number to discuss his situation, he has not called me back, he needs to call me to resolve this problem.
