I will file my complaint with the Dental Board.  Despite all my phone calls, letters and texts, [redacted] clearly does not consider me worthy of an actual relevant communication.  Perhaps she will consider the Board as more worthy.

There are always two sides to a situation.

Review: I am a former patient of [redacted] who has paid over $20,000 for a full-mouth restore. Since the beginning of the work, there have been errors in crown/veneer size, shape and shade resulting in delays and re-do’s for some of the work as well as a failing crown and serious dental health issues. Although I have stuck with [redacted] through many difficult circumstances in an attempt to resolve these problems, on January 30, 2015, I received a written communication from [redacted]'s office stating it was in my "best interest to seek dental care with another dentist." This turned out to be true as, upon visiting another dentist, nine abscesses were discovered as well as other issues. Although I am happy with my new dental team, [redacted] effectively abandoned me while serious dental health issues were on-going but has ignored multiple attempts, verbal and written, to resolve the obvious warranty violation or even meet with me to discuss the situation. While she was certainly available to take my money, she has continued to be dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns.Desired Settlement: When [redacted] realized she was likely unable to make me happy [from my patient file notes, some time ago], she should have terminated the relationship and given me my money back - so I could go elsewhere to find a satisfactory resolution. It is now going to cost me over $35,000 to correct and re-do work to bring my mouth to a satisfactory healthy and attractive state. Under the circumstances, I believe that entire amount is due me from [redacted].
