I received a computer device open box with damage only to the device on August 3, 2016; there is damage to the packaging it was shipped from Sidewinder Computers in this conditionI called them August 4, at about 1:35pm was told somebody would call me backI called back three different times after the first phone nobody's answering the phoneI explained I didn't want a refund, just a brand new working deviceIt's now 2:pm no callback nothing from Sidewinder Computers
