Not only does the manager not know how to run her practice but she does not handle things appropriately and she speaks to her receptionists as if they are nothingThe main doctor hits on all of the female patients and it is just an unprofessional environmentA friend of mine told me to give it a chance as she had a negative experience as well but it turns out it was NOT worth itIf there is an option to give a negative rating I would most definitely do soI am very upset and will not recommend this practice to anyone elseI hope this is review is looked into because I don't seem to be the only one with complaintsThey also have a downtown location on *** *** and the manager leaves her office or shows her face, clearly says she's unavailable when she is doing nothing but sitting down in her officeThe billing manager does more for the patients and staff than the manager ever does from the few times I have been there

If there is an option to give a negative rating I would most definitely do so. I am very upset and will not recommend this practice to anyone else.
