This customer bought an older work truck from our dealership (as is) and signed all docs and a contract to pay, Not only did he fall behind on his payments, he also drove the truck until it quit, doing no maintenance at allAt that point he brought the truck back and demanded all of his money back or else

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not accept their response Photo shows the truck gear shift was rigged before I purchased it & come off on the highway almost causing a wreck As far as driving the Truck & doing no maintence I did not even own the truck long enough for it to need its first oil change I did not demand my money back I ask for another truck or them fix that one which aaron rasior agreed to is which is why I paid out of my pocket to have it towed from cinti to batavia & they even refused to pay the tow bill I am willing to take a lie detector test over this matter to prove I am telling the truth !
