Recently, I experienced a rather complicated move (items from the house needed to be relocated to three different locationsThe whole process was a bit overwhelming and I had difficulty comprehending the how to manage the processThankfully, JTrent & Associates were recommended to meTrent visited my home, listened to what I needed to accomplished, and then laid out a plan to accomplish my goalsI found Trent, and his colleagues to be highly professional, efficient and courteousMoving is never easy, and in my case it could have been far more problematic had I not had Trent and his team to help me through the process

We had the manufacturer representative come out and do an inspection along with the distributor rep and the owner of Lindin Floors ([redacted]). On 11/18/2014 we refunded their deposit of $3400.00. On 12/8/2014, We removed the Material from their home and returned it to the distributor. It was determined that the flooring problem was a manufacturing defect. We were refunded by the distributor for the material and installation costs. We have not since talked to the [redacted] and assume that although it was an unfortunate experience for them, that they are satisfied with the end results of how the situation was handled.

Revdex.com: Lindin Floors contacted us when they received your letter. They have refunded our money and removed the Defective flooring. They did not repair any of the damage caused at installation, including our carpet which Was cut incorrectly (cut too far into the room which has left us with a missing patch of carpet in our great Room). They did not offer us any sort of compensation for this or the other damage.
