route, so a three hour time for delivery is pretty good. And actually we contractually have four to six hours as a window of time for most deliveries.
We do over 16,500 baggage deliveries per year, so "sitting on a delivery” is not something we do. We strive to get deliveries done as soon as possible based on what deliveries we have at the time.
