Advanced Roofing and which is not a reasonable amount of time to allow Advanced Roofing to respond and coordinate a meeting with the homeowner on the Property.         Furthermore , Advanced Roofing (rep) who spoke with the Homeowner, asked the homeowner what was the concern, she elaborated on what was concerning her. The (rep) informed the Homeowner this concern she was describing was not areas of work performed or manipulated by Advanced Roofing while doing repairs to her home. The (rep) from Advanced Roofing inquired if there was Immediate Risk of damage , leaks or exposure to the elements etc,,,  The Homeowner said there was no such issues. Homeowner also stated that she was not sure if there was something wrong or not, she wanted to get Our opinion. Advanced Roofing informed the homeowner a (rep) from Advanced Roofing would contact her to set up an appointment to look at the property to help with any matters that would be in need of necessary repairs.  So in closing, Advanced Roofing is willing to prepare a complete response to settle and remove this from our Background however, We Feel in the Homeowners own words they have received their Desired Outcome, Meeting on the property and return Calls.We hope this will clear this matter up As soon as possible for both parties and also Restore Advanced Roofing's Good Standings with the Revdex.com.    Sincerely , Joe **  Advanced Roofing
