Advanced Disposal Service, Inc

Over past months this company has failed to pick up our trash We pay them to pick up small dumpster once a week They take our money but pick up trash maybe twice month in lieu of weekly, if we are lucky Some times they don't come monthly
We call and no one ever calls you back When you do talk to someone that answers the phone, they will turn in work order and advise trash will be picked up within hours Which never happens They may show up by the next week Horrible customer service, horrible service period!!!

My trash was not picked up last Friday, so I called Advanced Disposal that afternoon to inquire whyI had bags of trash and bags of leaves The Advanced phone representative said they don't pickup bags of leaves because its considered as being brush...and that I would have to call to arrange a brush pickup"I was informed that the bags would be picked up Tuesday." (Tuesday came and the trash was still on the curb.) I called Advance again to inquire why the bags still had not been picked up and the phone operator said a work order was never requested Bull People!!! She said the trash would be picked up today because their drivers run until 6:pmI make it back home around 7:pm tonight and the *** trash is still sitting on the curbWhy??? (I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT THE PHONE RECEPTIONISTS AT THE ADVANCE DISPOSAL LOCATION IN MOODY ALABAMA CANT BE ENTIRELY TRUSTED WHEN THEY PROMISE A PAYING CUSTOMER ABOUT TRASH & BRUSH PICKUP.)
