Spoke with the business and they advised that they will be sending a letter to the consumer confirming that he has a $balance on file with them

TellLet me start by letting you know that this customer did not purchase his ATS from usHe purchased it from another dealer because he was not happy with the proposal we offered himAt that point he left us negative feedback on our website, but then decided to bring his ATS to us for service
When he bought the ATS it had some paint blemishesInstead of taking the vehicle back to the selling dealer, he came to us and again was not happy with his repairs and left us negative feedback onlineYou may be asking yourself, "why are they telling me about these negative experiences from this customer?" And the answer is, because we want to let you know that this is someone that no matter how hard we try, we just can not please. Fast forward to this complaint..*** was here again for service and we offered him a Cadillac loaner vehicleThese vehicles are brand new Cadillac's that are able to be used at no additional cost to our service customers, except gas, tolls, and of course any damage caused to the vehicleWhen a customer is being given one of these loaners we make it very clear that the vehicle must come back in the same condition as it left in and that the customer is responsible for their own gas and tollsOur Loaner Car manager does not recall *** mentioning that his EZ pass did not register when going through a tollAnd even if *** did mention this to us, there is no way for us to call EZ pass on behalf of him and get the toll charged to his accountOur process when we get these EZ Pass bills is to determine what customer accidentally went through the toll based on our loaner car agreements and then mail the violation back to EZ pass with the customers information on itThen EZ Pass sends the customer the bill directly(I attached a copy of this EZ pass violation for your viewing.) If the bill is not paid in a timely fashion, then EZ pass sends another one with a late fee added to itThe first bill that was sent to *** was for $and the second one was for $because of the late fee. Even though this bill is not our responsibility, we have paid it in total to EZ PassWe did this because we value all of our customers and do not want to loose a customer over a small incidentPlease let me know what questions you may have about this and if you would like any other informationus why here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, the fact that I purchased the car from a different dealer three years ago should have nothing to do with the level of service I received 5 months ago. Had you offered a fair trade in value for the car I purchased from you 3 years ago I would have gladly spent my $50k with you on this vehicle in question. I should have never been sent a bill for $68. and I should never have had to wait three weeks for the car to be fixed correctly.Secondly, I was done no favors by the issuance of a loaner vehicle as that is included as part of Cadillac's premium warranty coverage. Finally, I suspect that the document that you uploaded is a forgery as you claim to have transferred responsibility to me via EZpass and at the same time you claim to say that you have paid the fine on my behalf. Meanwhile you have invoiced me for the amount of the fine. Had you submitted the form filled out as shown in the attachment and sent it to EZpass they would have sent me a notice directly. I would never have received the bill for $68 that you sent me on 2/5/18. I'll consider this matter closed when I receive a statement from the dealer showing that my balance with the dealer is $0.
