During the time of the complaint we were switching systems that our company is running on We switched from quickbooks to a more service based system that will make it easier to service our customers However, there were some bugs during the start up of the system and not all of the information was transferred over as we expected For a couple of months we had to work out the issues with the system switch while continuing to service our customers Unfortunately this is one of the instances where the information did not transfer over and did not load into the new system so it unfortunately was missed We have since worked out all of the bugs and made our service visit with the customer last month and had our mechanic meet the customer and discuss this issue There will not be another issue with this going forward as we have corrected all missing information We do apologize for this instance, we pride ourselves on being a small business that cares but to keep up we have to update the way we work with the times and unfortunately things dont always go as planned We will work hard going forward to make sure we have a satisfied customerThank you, [redacted] Advanced Elevator - President
