I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I've contacted AES numerous times to let them know that a package was NEVER received and that this bill should be cancelled. Each time I speak to a representative of AES to confirm this and each time they tell me that they will go ahead and cancel the invoice. A few days later someone different from AES contacts me regarding the same bill. It's a bait and switch mechanism and amounts to harassment.
Their response is UNACCEPTABLE! I will start recording calls that I have with them to prove they employ these tactics.
