Company called and left messages for Customer (husband) for the last 4 weeks to discuss the project without receiving a return call. Company contacted Customer (wife) last Thursday to advise of progress with the insurance claim process, then received an email from Customer (husband) sent yesterday...

(a Sunday, outside of normal business hours). Company responded to Customer (husband) at 7:45 a.m. Monday (today) and addressed all of his concerns, which was confirmed by Customer (husband) in a follow-up email also sent today.There is not a complaint to address. Customer (husband) was confused because he had not been communicating with Company and misunderstood the information relayed to him from his wife.

Company has reached out to customer multiple times attempting to schedule the final correction, including Friday 05/05 and Monday 05/08. Company has confirmed scheduling with Customer and will consider this matter resolved at this point.
