Their insurance department is ridiculousI am disable and on a low monthly incomeWent to this dentist with gum diseaseMade a plan of action and had the work done and assumed they authorized the procedure with my insuranceNothing was said to me about the amount that I would be responsible for, not one! Apparently notReceived a bill for dollarsPulled one of my teeth in the processThey were aware before hand that I was on a blood thinner and they said it would be alrightWent home and almost bled to deathReturned the next morning and had stitches put inNot wanting to go back to them I had future appointments that WERE canceled and the insurance person said that I did not call and cancel the appointment so she added per missed appointmentNot to mention she now claims open incorrect billing on the billBILLL NOW WAS PAYING THEM A MONTH SO NOW THEY ARE ADDING A FINACE CHARGE! This was never discussed with meI have tried several times to get the insurance person to bill the correct insurance to no availVery Rude and unprofessional! BEWARE!!
