Review: We moved into a new construction condo at the end of February, we picked out the carpeting that we wanted to be berber carpeting. We did, the first carpeting that came in was a flaw and they had to reorder. When this happened I immediately called being concerned with the quality of carpeting. They assured me it was great quality carpeting, in the past few months the carpet is horrible, it gets pulls constantly and looks very worn from years of wear and tear when it has been months. Advanced Flooring said the Mohawk rep had to take a look, it took weeks to get them to look at it and now has been 2 1/2 weeks and still have no resolution on what they are going to do regarding this carpeting. I want this resolved, Advanced Flooring has not followed up and we had our developer contact them multiple times.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund / check because I would like it replaced by another flooring company that has better customer service. I have been waiting for Advanced Flooring to resolve this for approximately 6 weeks. I tried to be patient thru the process but they have not been in contact with us. Mohawk rep said they would contact us by July 4.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We finally heard back from Advanced Flooring, a lot of back and forth and a couple missed appointments, the carpet will be installed on Monday. Before they do the install he wants my complaint removed. I guess I am ok with that, I hope they do show up on Monday. Let me know if you need anything further from me.
