As I stated in my first complaint, it is bad business practice to sell a product without letting the consumer know the product in non-refundable. I also find it interesting that the business stated that it is an OSHA policy that medical equipment or products that are being used on the body cannot be returned and then goes on further to state that I had not attempted to contact them until two weeks after the date of purchase, implying that they would have accepted a return if I would have contacted them soonerThis lends additional insight into the misleading actions that this business participates in
