Advanced Fuel Oil Heating & Cooling

Review: On or about Dec 22, 2014 I was sent a letter of termination of fuel oil delivery, this was fine with me. I rent from my Aunt who recently passed away and my cousin now whom I rent from told me she had discontinued using Advance and I could get oil from whom ever I wanted too. This was a relief for me as there were several incidents that I was not happy with the service with Advance. My aunt would about him also but never did anything about it. My problem not is that he owes me a credit amount which he refuses to refund. You see I always paid more than I owed. My last delivery was $331.38 and I paid $400.00 which left me a credit of $68.62 of which he refuses to reimburse me. I am a retired widow and this amount it a week or more food for me. We were supposed to receive a 10% discount as there were 4 homes he was taking care of this didn't always happen, was on auto delivery and ran out of fuel, furnace issues had to go without heat and hot water for more than a day, oil tank was leaking had to wait to use up fuel before he would change it then when I did had to wait 3 days without heat and hot water for him to get a tank and put it in. These are a few of issues I had to deal with because I was not allowed to change fuel company. I never had this issue with our fuel delivery and service with any other company we had. I moved here after my husband passed away and have been with him for 9 years and this was the service I had to deal with. I let him know several times that I was not satisfied but it made no difference.Desired Settlement: receive a credit refund for money left on my account

Review: On Sunday Jan.19,2014 I called for an oil delivery from Advanced fuel oil.On Tuesday Jan.21,2014 received a call from [redacted], the owner starring I would need to make a payment,I agreed.Wed.Jan.22,2014 [redacted] arrived took payment and didn't put any oil in tank.After numerous calls and texts I have yet to receive any oil. My tank is now empty and I have no heat.It has been ten days and my house in at 41 degrees.I have no more money to get oil, he took my last $300.00. I am on a fixed income and need OIL.Desired Settlement: I need this "person" to get me oil!
