We received a written guarantee that we would receive a $7500 solar rebate. They are not honoring the guarantee.Purchased a solar system 8/2012. Sales Rep [redacted] guaranteed us we would receive a $7500 rebate from [redacted]. when questioned, he produced a contract stating that if the rebate was not received, AGB would refund $7500 of the purchase price. AGB is will not communicate with us as we try to get them to honor the sales promises that were madeDesired Settlement$7500.00
