Review: I registered and paid for a class with this business,The day of the class there was no one there.I called the number on the business website and sent emails,I got no response.Desired Settlement: I will like my money back since I did not get to take the class

Sara called from the business and responded to the complaint. She stated that the customer filed her complaint before the date of the class because she never heard back from the business. The class did not have a date set online when it was paid for because it was a refresher class and those are not set at the time it is paid for. The business called the customer to ask why this was filed and what the issues were. The customer told the business she filed the complaint because she did not call her back but knew that it was filed before the date of the course. At this time no refund will be given as the customer took the class some where and provided incorrect information in the complaint.
