I should have gone to Revdex.com first I had read the complaints after orderingI've tired calling to get my money back and no answer!!
I ordered phentermine from them in Mar 2018. They sent me a knock off of it. Then charged my account again in Sept 2018 without my authorization.
In March of 2018, I ordered phentermine on line from this company. I paid for the order. They mailed the pills to me. However, they were not real, they were a complete knock off. When I tried to contact them to discuss it, they would not reply back to my email. I had no other way to contact them. I just chalked it up to a $159 loss and stupidity on my part. Then on 9/11/2018 they took another payment out of my checking account for $159. They proclaimed on the check that they used that they were given permission from my on 9/10/2018. However, this is not correct. If they had been in touch with me they would have gotten an ear full as they are fraudulent. I have filed a formal complaint with my bank to recover these funds. They are investigating them. Isn't there anything else that can be done to get these people off the street? It is listed on one of the emails that will not work now the name ***. Please help prevent this from happening to others.
The company needs to put the $159 from 9/11 that was not authorized back into my account and NEVER use it again.

I accept it because I am getting my money back. However, it is important to note there was never anything communicating a reoccurring charge or distribution agreement like they tried to convince me in email. In addition the product they are selling is not what they claim it is! I have the correct medication from a Dr and it is not what this company sent me. When I contacted them to advise it is not the same, they never responded. They also responded to send me the money back after the Revdex.com complaint and my bank getting involved!
I was charged $89.00 on 9/7/2018 that I did not authorize. When I tried calling the number of the company, it was a fake number.
I was randomly charged $89.00 in the form of a check that required no signature. I didn't authorize this transaction. When I tried calling the business number it was forwarded to a person who denied affiliation with this company. I demand a full refund!

I did not check a reoccurring box. Perhaps the box is automatically checked (prefilled) when a customer orders a product, which is very sneaky on the business's part. Additionally, if the "recurring" charge was agreed upon, then where is the product? No product was ever received after the initial product was purchased.
I am not interested in the product (as the product itself is misleading). I am content with a refund and being removed from the business's system to avoid further charges.

Have been request a refund of $139 since late March and have sent numerous emails and calls qwith no reply.
I ordered from bulking-cutting.com on March 19th and paid $139 through advanced health consultants via an electronic check. After 2 weeks and not getting my product I requested a refund. On March 31 I was told it would be processed and I would get a paper check in 7-10 days via mail. Still nothing came so I reached out multiple times. I received a response in April saying it would be processed may 1. Still nothing. Since then I have been emailing with no response and have not received my refund.

I have been a customer of Advance Health for years. I tried to reorder by phone with credit card and company would not answer phone. They gave me the option to use an Echeck through Vchecksolutions.com. So I did. The check cleared but no product and still no answer from Advance or Vcheck. I want a refund of the 166.50 they stole from me.

This company would not respond to email or answer the phone. And other contact numbers are disconnected. My check cleared within 24 hours. The website says 2-3 business days to receive a tracking number. 5 days passed so action was taken. After action was taken, the company sent product and told me they no longer want my business. They say the Echeck takes time to clear. Nowhere does the website say the check needs time to clear. The website says for issues call. But no answer or return call. I only have done what a reasonable person would do. In today's electronic world, scams are everywhere. I could not afford to be scammed.

Have ordered their product ClearMed for many years. This time no product was received. My check cleared and no indication that product shipped, no product was delivered and no response to 2 weeks of attempting to contact them
I want the product. I love the product. ClearMed has been a fabulous solution to my hemorrhoids and I have no problem paying for it, I just need them to ship it.
The product arrived l week after they called confirming shipment.

The company states that a tracking number would be furnished within 24 hours and that the product would be received within 48 hours of payment. I never received a tracking number or the product. My phone calls and emails were not returned.

Usually, with check orders it will take several days for check to clear. It depends. When payment posts to customers account that does not mean we have the funds immediately. It may take several days for us to receive it.
I purchased phentermine 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing, my check has cleared the bank and I called the phone number and left a message and no response. No tracking or evidence of shipping yet, I think I've been taken for $139.00. Do not purchase from this business, you will be sorry!!!

On November 20, 2017 searching for s weight loss supplement to suppress appetite. Phentermine.net shows Weight Loss Clinic St. Petersburg, Fl. Should have called telephone number but did not. After the fact submitting a check for $89.00 (their website shows credit cards)paid through vCheck shows pay to: Advanced Health Consultants. Scam - do not answer phones- emails have no logo (fraud).
Other consumers have filed complaints and now me a fool I fell off this. I demand my $89.00 refund. This is shy I an contacting you - please help.
AHC has the audacity to send a blue plastic pill container (buy in bulk) capsules buy in bulk they put a brown smelly product in it, fill by by hand and slap a label. I would not dare try - choke on capsule. Dangerous practice and this matter needs to be resolved.They are secretive it is illegal.

I have never once talked to a human being - and when I have left 3 messages for a refund and 4 texts no response. Only respond with an email using Order # XXXXXX.
You really think without a contact name, direct telephone number and email that I am foolish to mail to a P.O. Bix.
I want a money order for $89.00 and I will send the pills otherwise I want your mailing address - I am sending with tracking number and signature required - guaranteed receive.
This address via yellowpages is it legitimate because the telephone number is not - call always busy.
When I received an unsealed blue container and opened one capsule it was not Phetermine as you google Phetermine.org and indicate you will waive prescription. Change your google search to Phentramine.org - do not need script for this.
Saint Petersburg Weight Loss Website indicates credit cards - then you only take a check and when processed the VCheck made payable to Advanced Health Consultants - very sly.
I am demanding my $89.00 immediately money order no problem mailing the pills to P.O. Box 57 - you will get the fraudulent pills. Otherwise give me mailing address.
The second pill since I did not get any calls returning my requests for refund I contacted the FDA and mailed for testing.
Attached find a copy of my claim to the FTC.
I wasn't this matter resolved immediately and close the case.

How mysterious I sent the package to the returns address P.O. Box 57 and the tracking number is vacant - No longer using this location - is this what AHC proceeds to do their fraudulent actions in order not to refund my $89.00. How sneaky. I have read about these tactics and I am demanding my money! Thou shall not lie - if this is how you operate then God knows everything and you will be paying the price.
Now I want a mailing address immediately and stop playing games.

I went to the website to make a purchase. They made to do an online check and I haven't received my order. They won't respond to any type contact.

This time they made me fill out a survey to email me so I could make the purchase. I got the email and they wouldn't let me pay with a card this time, I had to do a virtual check. Then the sent me a confirmation email and told me once they received the payment they would send me a tracking number. I never got the tracking number and still have not gotten the product either. After making the initial complaint and left messages after numerous phone calls and emails ...I received an email from this company on 11-06-17 stating that I my order would be shipped the next day ( that would be the 7th) and that I would get an email with the tracking number then. Here it is the 8th and I have not received the email with a tracking number or the product.
So I think I have gotten to the bottom of this scam. I did finally receive a package of pills. However they are NOT what I ordered or was charged for. I ordered Prescription Phentermine with a doctors assessment, a doctor meaning a real MD and a real medication. What I received was a "supplement", with a fake prescription bottle and not a real prescription at all. If you look up the web site www.bulking-cutting.com (they have the same scam claiming to mail steroids after a doctor review) you will find a photo of the blue and white pills I received along with a description that it is steroids. So who knows what is in this bottle? is it steroids, vitamins? If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will also find the same phone number 1800-511-5706 as the Weight Loss Center of St Petersburg Florida ... You see It is all a scam and all the same. The fake weight loss center and the website have the same phone number and address...There was no real doctor and these are not real medications. It is a scam. They cash the check and send fake pills a month later.
