Review: This company attempted to secure a private dinner for a pharmaceutical company at our restaurant. We attempted multiple times to modify their original contract to no avail. We were continuously re-directed to another person to attempt to rectify this issue (6 at the last count). Once the event was supposed to occur there was much confusion on the part of the pharmaceutical company as they were assured everything was set as they had requested. We were unable to meet their requests and had multiple times sent copies of the modified contract, emailed updates, etc. again with no response to our changes that had to be made in order for the event to have taken place. The company then filled a complaint against us for false dealings etc. I personally attempted to contact the company and left voice messages with the specific person whom filled the complaint. When the individual returned my call they immediately hung up and did not attempt to contact me further. I did not attempt to contact them again and then contacted the Revdex.com to inform them of our attempt to deal with this issue. Now the individual has claimed my attempt of rectify the situation never took place. This not only makes our establishment look bad, but now my own credibility is being tarnished. I have witnesses to my call and message left plus the return call from the establishment. I am hoping that they can contact me and work out their issue they have with us.Desired Settlement: I need this individual to be honest about my dealings with them so my credibility and the restaurant's standing is not tarnished by an event we attempted to uphold to our highest standards.
