Review: On 03/05/2013, Mr. [redacted] came into our office to setup a server that was purchased for Electronic Medical Records for our office. He charged me $614.12 for full setup. After, EMR went online I noticed that the printers were not working. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and informed him of the problem on 05/02/2013 he stated that it's the server problem and that he didn't do any server setup and just plugged in the server to the wall plug. I asked Mr. [redacted] why did you charge me $614.12 for just an easy task and he stated that he would only fully refund me the $614.12.

On 05/09/2013 I contacted Mr. [redacted] and he stated that most of the servers don't print and that he is an IT expert and that I was not. I asked him if he had checked the server and see if the printer folder which indicates that printing is the option for this server. Mr. [redacted] stated that I should have asked him to check the printer capability and refused to refund or resolve the issue. It is obvious Mr. [redacted] knows that a small business court limit is $2,500 and that after cashing the check we are not able to either receive the service that we paid for or get our money back. The web address for the company is http://www.ahtconsulting.net. Mr. [redacted] has deactivated customer feedback on his web page while advertising great service which is incorrect.
