Not worth what we paid for *** I had a set of SOUND INHANCERS I bought from a drug store for *** thats works better than these do.I would not recommend this place to anyone

I filed the complaint with Revdex.com on the morning of the 27th of August 2015, before hearing back from Ryan at Advance Hearing, so my claim was already sent when I heard back from them I had a call from Ryan apologizing, but they were not going to honor the warranty, this was on the 24th of AugustAround 1:on the 27th, I received a call from Ryan saying they had decided to honor the warranty, apologizing again for all of the confusion He said they would mail us in free batteries, which we haven't received, for all of our trouble Ryan was very pleasant every time I spoke with him and doing as he was instructed It took us approximately six weeks to get them to honor our warranty We paid for the extended warranty and had a copy of it, which they said they didn't have on file, so I sent them a copy We took the hearing aids in for repair on the 9th of September and received a call that they were back and ready for pick up on the 14th of September I am not sure how Rachel had the hearing aides repaired before we took them for repair I am rescinding our complaint at this time, as they did finally honor their warranty The elderly should not have to go thru all of this to receive what they paid for

He said they would mail us 50.00 in free batteries, which we haven't received, for all of our trouble. Ryan was very pleasant every time I spoke with him and doing as he was instructed. It took us approximately six weeks to get them to honor our warranty. We paid 298.00 for the extended warranty and had a copy of it, which they said they didn't have on file, so I sent them a copy. We took the hearing aids in for repair on the 9th of September and received a call that they were back and ready for pick up on the 14th of September. I am not sure how Rachel had the hearing aides repaired before we took them for repair. I am rescinding our complaint at this time, as they did finally honor their warranty. I purchased a hearing device from the company and a two extension of the warranty, the purchase was made in Fairfax, VA 22030 area, the hearing aide, audifon, it was in the lower range of pricing, I had trouble with it and was told, it analogy instead of digital so it was old technology, the hearing aide was in and out of the shop periodically, then the local agent went out of business and the extended contract was handed off to Hearing Solutions of Fairfax, who after one year won't honor the extended contract, Advance Hearing technologies, keeps send the unworkable hearing aide back to me without fixing it and then tells me if the chime works, it's working, which only means the battery is good. Since the company is a bust, I have little or no recourse, so don't do business with them now or in the future in my humble opinion.
