[redacted] completed the service call to Mr. [redacted] (WO# [redacted]) on 6/15/16. I was given the system replacement request tech sheet he had filled out the next morning. [redacted] told me that [redacted] was interested in getting a quote on replacing the coil and if one could not...

be located he wanted to get an estimate on a new heat pump.As is my standard procedure, I called Mr. [redacted] around 10:00 am to talk to him myself and initiate a dialog about his options. As soon I told him who I was, he said that he had found a coil on line and wanted to know if we would put it in for him and how much It would cost. I told him we could install it for him as a new service call, i.e. $50 trip charge and $62 per hour plus the cost of the refrigerant but we would not be able to warranty the coil. I ask him for the number of the coil he had found so I could verify that it was the correct one. He said didn't have that number but that he was sure it would work. I told him that I needed the number before we scheduled a service call because if it wasn't the correct replacement that we would not install it.  When he insisted on scheduling a service call, I told him if I did and it was the wrong coil when we got there that we would not install it and he would be charged for the call. He said he'd get the number and call me back.  Later that day I called him again to see if he had the coil number. He then said that he was going to get a buddy of his to put it in for him.[redacted]

Review: Spoke with secretary and [redacted] with company that could not locate coil for air system. This is morning after visit on 6/15/16. They came in afternoon and know one from company called to explain the issue. A new system was never mention part was to be replaced. Spoke with [redacted] next and he explained he could not find the part and was not made no more. Which was incorrect. Located one Internet from [redacted] from actuall dealer. Not very hard. Simply and don't do this for a living. Then I explained I would pick up for him to install and they would not warranty. Funny part was that another company would and they installed for me. This is very upsetting as a consumer and business person that I am owning my own company. Then received invoice-[redacted] for $81 for a trip fee of $50 when 3 miles from house then labor charge for$31 that was here less than 15 mins with no taxes. I find this bill ridiculous since I went out of my way to resolve and them feeding lies just to put a new system in. I am a family of four and find this as absolutely bad practical business and never to use this company and will all my neighbors and business associates of there business ways. Can you please help me with this issue. Looking forward to hearing from you. We are a small town and this problem will be heard if not resolved by this business. Appreciate
