I called Advanced Heating and Air Services at AM asked when they could look at the air conditioner.They said someone would be able to come out at 1PM.Richard the service man called at and asked if I was ready and should he proceed to my home.When he arrived he listened to what my concerns were and went right to work.Richard answered every question I had with what my choices were and what actions he could do to fix the problem,which he did.The response time and the professional care and attitude shown by all made this a good experience
Kenton and his crew were out within an hour after my call He was able to diagnose my issue and had the repair made within minutes Good guys, honest, and knowledgable

We had problems with our HVAC unit & had no idea the whole system was shot. We tried to go through our Home Warranty & get it fixed with no luck. We were hot, uninformed & frustrated with the company that was sent our way through the home warranty. When you make such a huge purchase decision you want choices & reviews to back up the company. I was searching through local HVAC companies & Advanced Heating & Air was at the top of the list with great reviews. I called on a Saturday & guess what? The owner, Kenton, came out within a couple of hours. He is one of the nicest, most professional business owners you will ever meet! He had done extensive research on our house & neighborhood & had page after page of very informative information. Right then & there he had our business. He was never a pushy salesman. Never did we feel pressured in anyway. He answered every question we had & listened to every concern we voiced. He even offered & had his technican come out & try to fix our busted unit just to make sure there wasn't any salvaging our unit. After talking over with my husband & agreeing on the specific unit we wanted, Advanced Heating & Air had our old unit out & our old unit in very quickly. There was a delivery problem that had nothing to do with Advanced Heating & Air, but guess what? The entire crew stayed until the job was completely done, past 10pm! I mean, who does that? No one that I know! Kenton's crew is TOP NOTCH. They were all very professional, clean, trustworthy guys who were excellent from start to finish. Dardon is very kind who really tries to go the extra mile to ease any concerns you might have & to make sure your happy. Mario is a quite, hardworking professional who takes pride in his work. Richard has tons of experience through years of experience with HVAC & will get the job done right. We really lucked out finding this company. Kenton has built his company from the ground up & his family & business mean the world to him, & it shows.
