Advanced Home Inspection

I was called out to do a termite inspection on the propertyWhen I arrived I waited while they removed the dogs then was shown around the inside of the houseWe then went outside and she sowed me the crawl spaceI told her it was to small for anyone to get into and she agreedI then walked
the rest of the house and the garage was pack front to back, floor to ceilingI could not do a proper inspection on the garage or crawl space due to these problemsThe client called a few weeks later and said she wanted me to change the report saying that I passed the garage and crawl spaceSince the crawl space is not any bigger than when I was there and garage not cleaned out I can not do and pass this houseShe stated that she has been trying to get a passing inspection for years and needs the money and just needs it to passI have been doing inspections for years and have not lied on a inspection, especially one for the va(government)I spent the time drove to the house and did the inspection I could doI understand she needs it to pass to get the loan but I can't risk getting in trouble with the vaShe is going to have to rectify the issues before any one can pass her house

Hi, First of all no one ever asked him to lieBoth myself and the bank ask him to just explain what he put on the reportHe refusedHe never inspected the inside of the houseHe went through the house to inspect the back porchWe have had one prior passing inspections, but had expired before the closingHe refused to go into the crawl space because he said it was to small, however my son in law has been in the space several timesHe made no effort to try to crawl inHe never asked or tried to get into the garageYes it is full, but he would have been able to see sections of the wallI am not sure what he is referring to when he was talking about needing the moneyI just explained the situation about settling the estateWe have since had a passing inspection and are proceeding with the closingI feel that he didn't do his job and I paid for an inspection that he knew wouldn't be acceptedHe blamed the VA and the bank for not doing their jobIf he knew he wasn't able to do the inspection, he should have told me and not take my money

Hi, First of all no one ever asked him to lie. Both myself and the bank ask him to just explain what he put on the report. He refused. He never inspected the inside of the house. He went through the house to inspect the back porch. We have had one prior passing inspections, but had expired before the closing. He refused to go into the crawl space because he said it was to small, however my son in law has been in the space several times. He made no effort to try to crawl in. He never asked or tried to get into the garage. Yes it is full, but he would have been able to see sections of the wall. I am not sure what he is referring to when he was talking about needing the money. I just explained the situation about settling the estate. We have since had a passing inspection and are proceeding with the closing. I feel that he didn't do his job and I paid for an inspection that he knew wouldn't be accepted. He blamed the VA and the bank for not doing their job. If he knew he wasn't able to do the inspection, he should have told me and not take my money.
