Advanced Home Repairs

I originally found this company through their website and entered all my information via online. This included a short summary of the repair needed for my freezer part of the fridge. They contacted me in less then a day and when I asked about the cost they said between $[redacted]- and no more then $[redacted] if no parts were needed. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning and the technician came between the agreed upon time of 10am-12pm. When I asked the technician the cost of the repair he quoted me that it would cost me $275 + taxes. I explained that the quote that was given to me over the phone was for a lot less. He then came back and said I can give you 15% off.. At that point I should have cancelled the service call but I needed to get the work done.
The technician worked on the repair for no more then 45 minutes and no parts were needed for the repair. In the end I was charged $[redacted] for 45 minutes of labor.
[redacted] Would not use this company again due to that fact. Wish I had read the reviews before using them.
