I have had this system in my home for less then a month I'm very satisfied with the equipment; other then an over site with a sensor for one entry way. Now this company is monitored by ADT inc. When they came to my house they were wearing ADT shirts and didn't mention in conversation that ADT was monitoring service that they used. So when I contacted ADT for for a billing a question and a question regarding a flyer that came in the mail which was a better deal then I received. ADT transferred me to the company called Advanced Home Security. Where I was greeted by [redacted] who is the manager of the Advanced Home Security. Customer service went right out the window here and I felt like I was talking to a guy that knew I was trapped in a contract and the was nothing I could do. He was rude, condescending and accused me of making up stories. So on that note although the sales experience was excellent and they are supported by ADT. Advanced Home Security might not be the best choice for anyone looking to get in with ADT service.
