Because when I was at the dealer on Saturday I signed all paperwork for my new sled was Mark paid in full have registration paperwork and card statement with the that shows that I had paid for the snowmobile and that the deal was done. On Saturday only reason I did not put the slide on my trailer that day was because I had purchased additional parts to have put on the sled.

In regards to Mr [redacted] complaint it's true that we backed out of this dealbecause after further review we discovered his trade needed a new track. I admit I should have seen this when we initially inspected the sled but forsome reason it was overlooked. Because Mr [redacted] did...

not yet take delivery of the sled we had every rightto back out of the deal just like if he had changed his mind before day ofpick up we would/could not have force him complete the purchase.   At no time were we trying to be deceptive with Mr [redacted], it was an honestmistake.Thanks
