I am rejecting this response because:There is no "IF"I have documentation assuring me of a refund dating back to April within daysThis is response is unacceptable

I am the GM/VP of the Atlantic School of Insurance.  I will look into this and have an answer by Friday for the customer.  If a full refund in the amount of $384.00 is due, it will be issued.
