They were quick to come outThat is about the only good thing I can say about themWe were going to sign up for their service plan so the service call was going to be $The tech told us we needed an $part (and our unit is less than years old!)We told them to not order itWe called the dealer our builder worked withThey came out (another service call and charge) and NO PARTS WERE NEEDED to fix the issue!!! We called Advanced Air back and canceled the order and the service contractI am not going to have someone who is going to charge me that much for a part I do NOT need doing any kind of contract work for meThey went ahead and charged me for the service plan as well! They will only do a partial refund of that even though we had not used it for any maintenance yet! I get that the service call is supposed to be more if we do not sign up for a contract, but who in their right mind would sign up for a contract with someone who is going to charge them for an $part they do not need?!? Plus because of THEIR error I had to pay for service calls in day!

amount of money that she was going to be refunded. On Thursday morning, the morning after receiving the feedback she left on our website, I called her at XXX-XXX-XXXX. I left her a message stating that I would like to talk to her and asked her to give me a call on my personal cell number or on the office number of XXX-XXX-XXXX. I never heard from her for the rest of the day. On Thursday evening I was notified of a complaint with the Revdex.com. I called her again on Monday morning February the 10th and left her another message asking her to give me a call so we can discuss this matter further. I am in hopes that she will call me shortly so we can come to a positive resolution for everyone involved.
