At this time, I have been contacted directly by Omar's La Ranita regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They claim to have refunded one of the double charges but it has not posted back to the credit card This is now the 21st day in which it has not been posted I was told from the credit card company it should have appeared within a week We are two weeks over the quoted time frame Not sure if they have really posted the refund Sincerely, [redacted]
