I am truly disappointed in this business! We had Patrick come out to give us a quote on finishing our garage on June 14th (just last month). Today is July 6th and we haven't heard a thing as far as the quote price or even a "check in" saying we are working on it. First off, he calls us 5 mins before his scheduled time to be here telling us he is running late and hadn't even left the office. I understand things come up and you may have had another appointment with another client but don't call 5 mins before you have to be at an appointment to tell us you are going to be late - call 10 to 15 mins before hand - My father was late to work due to this neglectful decision calling us at the last minute - and while he was on the phone with my husband he is asking him all these questions about the project - which a) was asked when he called and scheduled to have someone come give us a quote and b) could have been approached in further detail upon arriving at our house to talk about what we wanted done with our garage. When he pulled up, he sat in his car for at least 5 mins as my husband, father and I sat on the porch waiting for him. He comes up, barely says hi and just looks at the garage. Didn't even ask what we wanted, what we were thinking of doing, how we wanted it done. Nothing! Then my dad starts asking him questions - mind you we had already gotten a quote earlier in the day from another company - which I can say gave us the exact quote on site! He was rude to my father, arguing with him about what our garage "needed" and what really put the icing on the cake his comment of "I've been doing this since our lord savor I think I know what I'm doing." all while bashing the guy who came to give us a quote a year prior from the same company. How is that good business? I"m all for whatever religion you want to practice, but don't bring it into my home. I'm am thoroughly disappointment in the level of customer service this place as awarded us and will never do business with them. As of right now, I don't even care if they do get back to us with a quote we chose a different contractor who was actually willing to listen to us and were able to work with us in a timely matter. Not professional at all.
