The email response was sent to a representative of the Revdex.com, after having a discussion about the complaintThe representative asked me to compile my response in an email and send it to her - therefore, the email response stated "As discussed..." Referring to the phone call that just took place Nowhere in my email did I state that I had a conversation with *** [redacted] requested a $gift card - this was already mailed out and confirmation of that was sent in my previous response
