I am rejecting this response because:It is the property manager's responsibility to remove snow from the front of the building and off of the roof as part of their contract with condo associationThey have been negligent in doing so

This is a town house association we manage for the Homeowners there is a Board of Directors we work that being said *** *** made a complaint to the association asking for money for some repairs to his garageThe Board of directors and myself review his case and inspected his garage and
found this was just maintenance to the unit owners garage that many owners have done in the past nothing to do with a bad roof in fact he even said the roof never leakedWe or the Board did or could not over charge for anything we only pay the bills for the contractors the Homeowners association hires to do work for themAs far as the dispute we as a third party a management company cannot make any decisions to pay him we cannot spend the townhomes association’s money without the ok from the Board of Directors and the Board of directors will not pay him to fix his unit he is trying to fix up to sellHe will have to take it up with the Board at another meeting if he want to protest the answer from the Board of Directors of Tara Hills HOA

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/08/31) */
Advanced Innovative Management is the management company for the condominium association of which [redacted] is an owner at. In 2008 the board of directors enacted a policy on noise violations which required that owners contact the police for noise...

violations. The board enacted this policy as some homeowners were making unwarranted noise complaints as well as some owners that received noise complaints made false complaints of excessive noise against the owners that complained about them, in retaliation.
[redacted] continues to make noise complaints about the neighbor above for walking too loud, closing doors too loud and moving furniture. These same complaints have spanned a minimum of two different residents living above her. As it is the homeowner's association policy on noise complaints; she has been instructed to contact the police. The police have been called countless times and a report has never been written as the noise from the unit above has always been deemed to be "not excessive". I have explained to [redacted] that excessive noise would include playing the stereo too loud, having a party in the unit, yelling, etc.
Previously when an owner lived above [redacted] there were complaints that the owner was slamming cabinets, moving furniture and making excessive noise constantly. The board of directors went into the unit above and into [redacted]'s unit. One board member slammed cabinets in the unit above [redacted]'s while other board members were in [redacted]'s unit. The board members did not hear any noise while the cabinets were being slammed in the unit above. At this time the board required that any noise complaints from her unit would need to be verified by an independent third party.
[redacted] states in her letter that the management company tells her that police do feel that the noise is police worthy, this is untrue. We have relayed to [redacted] that the police have never written a report due to the noise coming from the unit being normal and non-excessive. Please see enclosed email correspondence between [redacted] and Management.
In closing, management takes their direction from the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has instructed management to have owners contact the police for noise disturbances.

It is simple...  it is not in anyway means or form in any contract of the management companies contract or job description  to remove any snow from the property. This homeowners is not in titled to any special services of removing snow from his roof in fact it is a new roof and would void warranty if the roof is shoveled or scraped in any way to remove the normal ice and snow that accumulated on  the roof during the winter!AGAIN NOTE ROOF IS NOT LEAKING!Again the Board of directors have decided the homeowners  requests are unreasonable and will not be performed and he will not receive any money for remodeling his garage as no damage was incurred due to any leaking of roof this is normal damage caused by ice and snow melting off his car when parked in their garage and being wicked up by the sheet rock that is touching the ground. Again Our company has no control over this matter. Dave [redacted]
