Review: We needed a small repair on our glass shower door. [redacted] came, tightened screw and charged $95. This tightening did not do anything and shower continued to leak water out of the door. His crew came and adjusted shower door and put down a plastic lip. We were happy that he sent his crew and we sent [redacted] an email thanking him. However, that was premature because the plastic lip fell off within a few days. Since then, we've tried to contact [redacted] several times, by phone, text and email, with no response. Shower door is now worse than it was before they came and is so tight that it is cracking shower tile. Water continues to leak out of door.Desired Settlement: Repair shower door as contracted and promised.
