The issue shows the work was completed 4/8/2016 but I have pictures dated 4/25/2016 that the work was not completed therefor I should not be charged if you did not do the work. Also in my paperwork there was no itemized statement of the charges, so I have no idea what the charges Incurred where for, and by law you must provide me with an itemized statment.
