I will reiterate the rain event that they are referring to did not wash away any of my neighbors paths, including my next door neighbor who has the exact same thing going down the exact same hillI tried to work with them and even gave them the opportunity to fix it by giving me a price to put in concrete in its placeThey were much higher than their competitior and they were supposed to be giving me a discountAlso, I still have not heard or seen a response to the fact that they were supposed to submit their plan to my associationThe only thing that we were told about this product was that it wouuld harden with time and that the loose rock would compactThe warranty (which was previously attached) states that all hardscapes created by *** and Design includes a year warrantyNo where does it say anything about being voided for heavy rainThe term that they kept using when I asked them to repair the walk way under warranty was that this was an act of GodRain is "NOT" an act of God, it is something that occurs every day throughout the worldAll companies that have a warranty put the cost of the warranty into the quoteThis company does not want to be held to the terms of their warranty that they guranteeI am trying to be reasonableMy wife and I are only looking for what we paid for

Crusher fines is a granular rock not a hardscape and has no warranty because it requires maintenanceIf the neighbors is holding up better it has to be less gradeIt is impossible to install crusher fines improperlyThey got a crusher fines trail which is what they paid forThere is nothing we could have done differentlyColorado has received record rains this year which has caused a problemrainfall will not damage the trailWeeding and raking of the trail s required to maintain it properly

The discussion of there not being a warranty on the crusher fines was never brought up beforeThe reason that they gave, was that there is maintanece required is also not accurateThere is maintanence required on grass and bushes but they have a warranty on themThere is maintanence that is required on a vehicle but that also has a warrantyThe neighbors walk way has the same grade that we do, and yes there is an improper way of installing the crusher finesI want them to stand behind their workThe fact that it washed away with rain is proof that it should not be installed on a hill and they should have known that
