I never submit reviews for anything, but I felt compelled to do this for Mr. Volvo. This place is awesome. We have a used Volvo and have taken it there 3 times in the past year. Based on the age of the car, we expected to have to spend money on it. Although we put $2000 into the car, I never felt ripped off. They are professional and explain everything. I just had it there today because we were having issues. They looked at it, did a couple small things, and it seems like it is fixed. They charged me nothing. They said that they could have replaced a $1000 part but weren't sure it needed it. So they just did some minor adjustments and told me that if it happens again the part will likely need replacing. I have had similar things happen with other vehicles at other dealerships, and they still charge me for their labour. Even when they do nothing. These guys know Volvo's and understand that their business is based on repeat customers. I would highly recommend them.
