My father passed *** at the end of June this year. I was appointed Administrator of his Estate. I filled out an application online with this company. I was almost immediately contacted by *** Serra, a funding executive of this company. I was forthcoming with all the information on my application. I stated that my father owed approximately $70k on his home. *** told me if I listed the *** at a minimum of $120k that they would send my attorney a check for $5k and send me a check for a little over $5k. I had to signed a contract with my new attorney for the $5k retainer, I had to give them a listing agreement from my realtor- which I listed it for $130k, and I had to send them my appointment letter as fiduciary from the court, the death certificate, as well as a copy of my driver's license and social security card. After I provided all of this information to them, *** CEO contacted me, He said my lawyer told their underwriter that I only owed $50k. I told him no, I put it on the contract that it was somewhere around $70k from the beginning and I had just recently found out that it was actually $78k. I had just been put in as administrator with the mortgage company and could not get the exact amount until that had been processed. At first the CEO said they could not do anything, then I told him that we already made a deal and I would lose everything without their help as they had verbally contracted with me. Then he called me back and stated that he would only give me $3000. I can not do anything with $3k. That was not the agreement we made and now I am obligated to pay a realtor 6% and an attorney $5k to represent me because I did as they stated and signed contracts with other people. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are very dishonest.

Advanced Loan Inheritance prides itself on assisting heirs in recieving advances on thier inheritance. The process is simple, however all statements made in regards to an heirs proper share is researched and confirmed prior to any advance being given.
In this instance the customer overstated thier inheritance and based on the real numbers could not provide the original amount requested. A counter was offered and refused by the customer. It is our company goal to maximize every effort to assist customers whenever possible.
It is unfortunate that this customer could not be serviced at this time.

I stated from day 1 the exact amount of assets and was told if I contracted with an attorney and listed the *** for at least $120k that I would be approved. I was forthcoming with all information. The counter offer was for $3k and I had contracted with an attorney for $5k. I later spoke with the CEO and he refused to even offer me that again- said he was just doing that to help me out. I went with another company and have been approved for the $10k providing exactly the same information. This company is dishonest and I do not recommend them to anyone.
