We don't cold call clientson 12/30/at 4:19:PM someone in Thomasville Pennsylvania applied for a loan It's possible it was an accident on their side because they are not using your name We normally make an attempt for about four business days to contact clients normally but in this case because of the holidays we extend the attempt to contact a few more days We are very sorry for the inconvenience I personally have removed your number from our system and closed the file Also your privacy is very important to us If you have any other issues you can call or email us and I will correct the issue immediately

I am rejecting this response because: I don't live in Thomasville, Pennsylvania. Although I do have a area code which is associated with PA, it does not mean that I live there - that's what mobile numbers are all about - one number, any locationIt appears that you company had no clue as to the name of the person you were calling. If indeed you had all the correct info, you would have had the name of the person associated with the phone numberEach time your company left a message - it was exactly the same - no mention of who I was and the same noise in the background along with the same female voice which leads me to believe it was prerecorded.5. The text messages you left were similar but, each was slightly different in content and there was no true phone number - just the short code Please ensure that you never call or text again!

The person making this complaint is not our client.  Someone entered the complainant's phone number into a loan application.  We made an effort to contact the applicant and in doing so called the complainant's number.  We have removed the application from our system and added the number to our internal do not call list.  We have no way of knowing if this was an accident or sabotage, however we do not make calls to anyone unless in response to a loan request.  We as a company policy do not make cold calls.

It sounds like you were scammed and that is a crime.  We do not ever ask for upfront money for a loan under any circumstances.  We do not have anyone named Alex presently working for us as a loan consultant.  And we do not cold call under any circumstances. Please read below and...

To Whom it May Concern;[redacted]y C. called our offices looking for a loan but did not know his credit standing.  He was sent a link to a free trial to obtain his credit report.  After some call backs and difficulty finding our email Mr. C. called us back with scores. Unfortunately they were in...

the low 500s and he did not qualify for a loan.  He apparently had difficultly gaining a refund but according to our calls the company we recommended he did not get reports from them and therefore they could not refund him.  My best guess is Mr. C has malware on his machine that may have forwarded him to another service that does not offer a free trial.  We feel from Mr. C given his immediate need and tried calling him to see what we could do to help him. Unfortunately his phone was disconnected.  In the end he provided us an address via email and we sent him $26.00 in an effort to make sure we were not putting Mr. C at risk.  We wish him only the best and feel for his very difficult situation.  Best,[redacted]CEO
