Advanced Lock & Key Service, LLC

I recently purchased a roof top cargo carrier from Craigslist in an attempt to save some money versus a new one. The carrier was relatively inexpensive, as the owner had no key to the lock and was missing the mounting hardware. I brought the carrier to Advanced Lock and Key to have them manufacture a new key for the unit if possible. The code listed on the lock had not been released to the public (locksmith) database, but the locksmiths at Advanced were able to pick the lock and make a new key for me as promised. With the new key, they discovered that though the lock would turn, the inner workings had been worn or damaged enough that the lock would not operate properly. They could have stopped at that point, having produced the key I had asked for, but were able to adjust the locking mechanism enough that it now functions perfectly. They did all this for a very reasonable price and I appreciate the honesty and effort they put in.
