Quite disappointed that I've been using this company for OVER a year and been trying to reach them through phone and via email with no responseWhen they finally called back it was to say they no longer service HIGH CRIME AREASOh ok, I could've called other businesses and had services taken care ofVery disappointingI guess the business will shut down especially since people get mugged on Michigan Ave all the timeNow extra money will have to be spent
