trip charge due at the time of arrival of $42.00.Upon entering the home, we ran all plumbing sources throughout the home to locate the source of leak. Second, We cut 2 small sections of sheetrock out of the front room wall and found the damaged plumbing line, which clearly takes longer than 15 minutes. We coordinated with the property manager, Safeguard Property Management who said tenant was responsible and would make the necessary repairs.When the tenant called Advanced Maintenance to ask about the bill, The billing coordinator here spoke with Serene and attempted to advise her of how the bill came to be $126.00, She continually interrupted and refused to let the billing coordinator thoroughly explain the charges and then apparently was frustrated calling our office personnel stupid, at that time she attempted to calm Mrs. Parker down and it wasn’t working and after another bout of name calling, our office terminated the phone call.We billed Safeguard Property Management for 3 hours, the property managers have since notified Advanced Maintenance that they only billed their tenants $65.00.Advanced Maintenance does not bill tenants, nor solicit to tenants. This is a dispute between management and tenant, not between Advanced Maintenance and tenant.
